I want to buy a SIM card for a new phone. The phone was a gift and bought from EE so it’s locked to that network. Fine. But I want to buy a sim and everytime I try it says “must link” and I don’t have a # to link it to as I do not yet have a sim??? How do I get around this? Whenever I click on ‘shop’ or attempt to look at a contract I’m taken straight back to the registration page again as before mentioned

Are you looking to purchase a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM?
