Phone Order - No tracking number

Good morning

I upgraded my phone over the internet yesterday and received an order confirmation however no order number is included within the message. 

As I had dropped my phone in a cup of tea I asked for the DPD notification to be sent to my email address - I have not received anything. Are you able to confirm my reference?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will get an email from DPD to let you know when this will be delivered.

Which phone did you order, including size and colour?

I ordered it yesterday and was informed it would arrive today. Nothing received from EE or DPD with tracking or delivery details.
