Have you tried tracking your order? 

 

There is no account access on these forums, so if the link doesn't work then you will need to call CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
