Need help about and conformation email

Ive had an email to say that ive been successful and that my order is being processed and they will get in touch with a delivery date and with my mobile number aswell ive not had an email to say ive not been accepted or anything and also i can not ring cs as ive no credit either please can someone help me and tell me if i have been accepted and if i will be getting my phone??

Sorry, we are not able to give you the answer you are looking for, as there is no account access here, but as you have been told your order has been successful and is being processed, then this sounds like your order is going through and you should here from them about the delivery, which will be via DPD.

 

If you have another way of contacting EE by using a landline or if you have Skype or Viber, then you can contact them by ringing them up that way if you want to speak to customer service.
