I ordered the Samsung watch 2 weeks ago , how long do I wait before enquiring

Hi I pre ordered the Samsung galaxy watch 2 Thursdays ago and I've had 1 tx saying exactly the same as when I pre-ordered it , how long should I wait before enquiring about it

Just out of interest have ee updated there tracking page from expected delivery  awaiting confirmation to a date mine still says awaiting delivery

No it's already been delivered to the store , I know because I have been in and because I wasn't told I needed a driving license or a passport , of which I have neither , I was refused my watch even tho I had my email confirmation and payment card! Nearly 3 weeks excitement wasted
