I ordered an upgrade but no confirmation and inly recived a paypal recipt.

I placed an order for an upgraded phone and added a apple watch, I was required to pay £150 upfront for the package I wanted. I still haven't recieved confirmation and on paypal it says authorization.

 

Please help

@Andyfairfield   How have you used PayPal?  EE doesn’t except this as far as I know. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Did you get your upgrade from a 3rd-party reseller? EE doesn't accept PayPal; others might.
