Missing ps5

I had an email yesterday stating that dpd would deliver my ps5 today. So Ive been waiting patiently all day and still no time slot.

 

Upon further investigation found out that dpd had my order details but haven't actually recieved my parcel yet and that I should contact ee to see when it's getting dispatched. Upon ringing ee I was just given a dpd order number and told they can't speak to them so haven't actually answered any questions?! 

 

Anyone else in the same boat or able to help out?

Your tracking information will update as soon as DPD have been able to collect your order from our warehouse.

 

You should receive a text update once your delivery slot is confirmed.

Hi unfortunately this has happened to me, I could cry 😞

EE have had to do an investigation form to DPD as looks like its gone walkies.

Worst thing its now 11 days till xmas day, none in stock anywhere. This is xmas present from santa for my little boy. Im clinically extremely vulnerable so cant go to shops and likelihood of me beimg able to get anything now b4 xmas is unlikely 😞

Icing on the cake for me this year !

I missed my delivery by 5 mins, on dpd it states it is going back to ee but when I look at the tracking info on the dpd app, it is sti in the depot and has been for 2 days- so the 2 do not correlate and I am unable to change the delivery.

 

What was the best way of contacting ee to investigate?

 

I have my fingers crossed for you, mine is also a Christmas present, very fortunate to get one ordered, but still not over the final hurdle.

I have found out that my ps5 has been sent back to EE and my order has been cancelled - Merry Christmas 🙁
