I ordered a nitendo switch but didn't get a order number how can I trace this?

I ordered a nitendo switch from you guys and I didn't get a order number? I got a text confirming this it's gone through but how am I ment to trace it?

No I did not receive an email only a text saying that it has been added on to my account with the total cost and how much I will be paying and how it will appear on the bill
