That's great advice from @Chris_B. Please follow the steps below to request your PUK code in My EE.

  1. Go to Menu >Manage device

  2. scroll down to Unblock SIM (PUK code)

  3. select Show PUK code

@Joelgarro81   You can get your PUK code from your online EE account or by calling customer services. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
