Hi,
I recently ordered a new contract with EE moving from an old provider online. The EE process said that my payment was successful, but I have not received a confirmation email or text. I ordered this phone at around 3pm yesterday and at the time did not have a EE online account, and I checked my balance this morning and the upfront cost has not yet been taken.
Any help or clarification would be appreciated.

Was the device in stock?
Once your order has been processed you will receive another email from us, and the payment will be taken from your bank, you will get a text message from DPD the day before your phone is going to be delivered.
