Moving My Number across to EE

Hi, i received my new hone and EE sim today (i gave the company my PAC code when i ordered the phone) yet the number hasn't moved across yet form this morning should i have received a confirmation this pac has been received and is being changed?

Thanks for coming to the community and for joining EE.

 

You will receive a text message on your EE phone when the number transfer has started, this may be tomorrow if you received the phone and set it up today.

 

If you would like to check your number transfer has been set up, please give us a call on 150.

I’ve moved from three to EE. When I processed my sim only contract I provided my PAC code (2 weeks ago)

EE sim came last Wednesday and put it in my phone, I was then between 2 sims, My number didn’t move across until Friday 2pm. 

so allow 1-2 business days.

Why do you not make it clear when the new sim arrives "Don't worry we have your PAC code and are in the process of moving your number across in the next nn days".

 

Instead you leave customers guessing if this is going to happen?  have they got my PAC?, have they lost it?, Did I give it?.

 

Poor start to the whole process for this new customer
