I ordered an Apple Watch on 30th July and since then I’ve had no update. Can anyone help me as to where it is please

I’m in a very similar situation; I ordered my watch on the 28 July and haven’t heard anything since🤷♀️
The order is marked as “confirmed” but I haven’t received any update since the day I placed my order...
Any suggestions???

Hi, I ordered the series 5 Apple Watch in rose gold on 30th July.
At the time they were out of stock but I’ve now seen on the website it says in stock.
I also tried to track it but it has said I can’t track this particular order as I can only track pay monthly devices. I have purchased this on a pay monthly contract at £28 a month

I ordered my Apple Watch the other day and I can’t track it I know it’s out of stock but I can’t track it at all on the EE app how can I be able to check the status of my delivery/order

If you're unable to track your order using our online order tracker, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.
They will be able to give you an update on this.

Can somebody assist me with where my order is up to please, when I try to track it it says I can’t track anything other than a phone monthly device. As far as I’m aware it is a pay monthly device. I have not had my watch at all or any order updates I ordered on 30th July
