I got my ‘your orders on its way’ after changing my delivery address on my account via phone yesterday for my order I made online
It says delivery date is for today <:) just wondering if it will come today as I haven’t got my text

@PikkuJessica, you should receive text from DPD the evening before delivery and then another one on the day of delivery with an hour window when it will be delivered.

@PikkuJessica , did you get a tracking number with your order? You could then click on help and then track my order.
It could be that DPD have not as yet received it, deliveries seem to be taking longer, due to Covid-19, it appears.

It's worth downloading and registering on the DPD app as well. I often get notifications that somethings coming before I get an email.

I have the app already as was expecting delivery via dpd for sports equipment 🙂 you’re right thougg i always get updates on there before anywhere else !

Just had a look through the threads and there seems to be a lot of drama around S20 ultra stock so this maybe my issue !

@PikkuJessica , You are welcome, glad to help, hope you get your phone soon. It could also be, that EE are having problems getting enough stock in, just a thought and that is why it may be taking longer to deliver, although, if they say it is in stock, then that should not be a problem.

i rang them this morning on 150 and they said the phone was in stock so couldnt see why it hadn’t been sent out
they chased it up for for me and said there was a delay sending out phones to people as they’ve reduced their workforce in warehouses due to Corona so I should get it tomorrow if I dont get the texts they asked me to ring back tomorrow again to sort it out

@PikkuJessica , Thank you for coming back here with an update, glad you have had a response and that you should get your phone tomorrow. This does not surprise me, with Covid-19, that orders are taking longer to deliver, I believe this is happening everywhere, unfortunately.
