I received a confirmation email to say my order is on its way, but it did not include my order reference number, only my account number. To make matters worse, I cannot seem to contact EE via phone at the moment because they are "honouring key workers" and the live chat is closed. I have had a huge amount of grief dealing with EE over the past 6 months, and this has only further added to my frustrations in being unable to contact them about something as basic as an order reference number.
