been a week and phone hasnt been dispatched still.

i ordered a new phone on wednesday the 2nd of june and havent heard back since about when my device is being dispatched, it said on the order it would be within 24 hours but it has been almost a week? was hoping this could get dispatched to me soon.

i ordered a upgrade to a samsung s21 Phantom grey 128gb.
