I didn't receive my sim card

Hi 

 

I ordered a sim only about two weeks ago (xkoxxxxxxxxx). I receive an email that my order's on its way on Nov 16th. I got a letter from EE about the direct debit for every month payment. However, I didn't receive the sim card. I also tried to call EE but it's always busy. Can anyone have a check for my order? Thank you.

Have you tried tracking your order using our online order tracker?

Yes, I tried the order tracker, but it returned the information as follow.

 

At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders with a pay monthly device.?Items ordered with our superfast delivery service and some orders with multiple items also can't be tracked.

If you've ordered a pay as you go handset or device, or an EE SIM Only, your order should arrive within 48 Hrs. Keep an eye out for SMS or email updates from EE.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can give you an update on this.
