I didn’t get a reference number to track my order only an account number

Hi I didn’t receive a reference number on my confirmation email only a account number so I am unable to track my order but I have a delievery date for today and no update. I spoke to someone this morning and they said I will receive a text but still heard nothing.

I need my reference number to find out when my device being delivered as iv had no text or email from delivery carour
