I am having problems accessing ee perks portal

I have registered for ee perks but keeps telling me my account has been deactivated because I haven't verified my account in time, so I need to re register. I try to re register and it says that my email address is already registered. I have called EE 150 several times and they cannot help. 

How do I resolve this?

When you registered for the EE Perk account did you receive an email to verify your details?

 

Are you using your work email to log in?

 

Also, can you try the 'forgotten your details' option?

I too am having access getting hold of the police discount code an have note received any emails

hi my wife tried a couple of times on Friday and then I did yesterday on her behalf

Has your wife checked her work emails junk/spam folder to see if the verification email is there?

 

If so and no email is showing, could she check with her IT department to see if the email has been blocked?

We get an notification if there is a blocked email, there is no spam folders etc I have tried too and have had nothing

I have registered and I have received no emails to personal or work email. I am attempting an upgrade soon need the perk code asap
