I have registered for ee perks but keeps telling me my account has been deactivated because I haven't verified my account in time, so I need to re register. I try to re register and it says that my email address is already registered. I have called EE 150 several times and they cannot help.
How do I resolve this?

Hi Leanne,
it tells me my password is incorrect and won’t send me the email reset my password despite me clicking the option, it says I have been sent an email when I have not. It doesn’t show up in spam or junk either

If your employer is part of the EE Perk scheme, you can register at perk.ee.co.uk.
