I am having problems accessing ee perks portal

I have registered for ee perks but keeps telling me my account has been deactivated because I haven't verified my account in time, so I need to re register. I try to re register and it says that my email address is already registered. I have called EE 150 several times and they cannot help.
How do I resolve this?

Someone replied on this thread who was really helpful she emailed me (she’s replied to you - called Leanne) and got the problem resolved by removing my perks account and re-applying.

I too can’t access ee perks for nhs 20% discount.every time I request an email it never comes. Now I cannot access work email ad am shielding for 12 weeks. Just need the discount code.

I too can’t access ee perks for police 20% discount. I have requested an email but it never arrives. I have tried both personal and work e-mail addresses. Any ideas? Just need the discount code to take out a new line!

I'm having the exact same issue.
Signed up using a police email, but never received the confirmation email and now it's saying my account has been deactivated.
