Hi, I have Huawei 5G CPE Pro Model H112-372 bought from Amazon, the unit drops the connection at least once a day. I have an external aerial and get an excellent 4G & 5G signal, and the firmware is up to date, and I have factory reset the unit twice.
I have looked at the other posts on the subject, but I am not very tech savvy, and don't fancy trying to change the settings etc.
My question is should I try getting a replacement unit from Amazon, or try and get a refund and buy another manufacturers 5G modem.
Any assistance gratefully received.

Welcome to the community.
It's hard to say what's causing the problem at the moment. Have you checked to see if there are any maintenance works in your area?
