Hi,
i would like to ask about my order, I paid early upgrade fee, first there was some error but I called 150 and everything was solved. I order Iphone 13 pro max 256gb Sierra blue, order number is xxxxxxxxxx and I was able to track it from the time I made the order. Today i received a text that my plan is upgraded but I still did not receive the new phone + now I can’t track my order. Can someone help please?

When did you place your order?
Did they give you an indication on the phone of how long it would take to arrive?
