Hi. I have had monthly recurring payments for the last 5 years but accidentally cancel it. And I can't figure out how to restore it. EE help instructions say that I need to log in to "My EE" and then "select Set up Direct Card Payments".
Or in another instruction, I read states that you need to press "Bills & Payments" in "My EE"
However, after I click this the EE website just drop me to the main page of MY EE. And there is no any way to set recurring payments on MY EE main page.
Spent about an hour but still could not find the right button.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem!! I also have a £1 Data pack on my phone (pay as you go) and I am trying to set up a direct card payment and cannot find the option! It does not appear under Bills and Payments. I can see exactly the same 'home page' as shown above. I've tried everything and I cannot find the link! How do I set up a direct card payment? Thanks

You can't set up monthly recurring payments when you only have a 7-day pack. Switch to a 30-day pack & it'll appear.

I have a 30 day pack and it does not show on mine.
I have been with EE for years so have a VIP OFFER pack without the button.
Don't feel much of a VIP if I cant setup a re-occurring top up.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Do you have the option showing if you follow the below steps?
log in to your My EE account online.
select Set Up Direct Card Payments. You can also choose a pack here, if you don't already have one.
choose an already registered card or register a new card.
make your first payment and start using your device.

@cra2y80y : Recurring card payments are now only available to the new 2021 packs, nor for legacy packs.
