Data Abroad

Currently in Canada, have the roaming add ons on anyone else's plans been affected? I've had data roaming as a 5GBP add on but then Saturday, it just cut off. Has anyone else encountered data cut offs?

EE Perks account deactivated

Himy EE perks account has been deactivated. I called 150 and was told this could not be done on the phone. Please can my EE perks account be reactivated? I did not complete the original NHS verification in time. regards adam fox
