Hi. I have had monthly recurring payments for the last 5 years but accidentally cancel it. And I can't figure out how to restore it. EE help instructions say that I need to log in to "My EE" and then "select Set up Direct Card Payments".
Or in another instruction, I read states that you need to press "Bills & Payments" in "My EE"
However, after I click this the EE website just drop me to the main page of MY EE. And there is no any way to set recurring payments on MY EE main page.
Spent about an hour but still could not find the right button.

Are you on contract or PAYG?
On contract it won't be on MyEE main page, but under "Bills & Payments".

I have "£1 Data Pack" It is PAYG.

I don't have "Set up card payment" on my EE main page. Could not find it anywhere although clicked on all possible links.

Don't worry, your images were awaiting approval. I have now done so & they should appear soon.

I can't think why you posted under Pay Monthly when you have a weekly PAYG Pack.
I can only imagine with the introduction of the new monthly only packs the monthly recurring card payment is not available for the old weekly packs. Or it's trying to wean you off them.
