How to send praise for staff member with excellent customer carw

I'm struggling to find how I can send praise for a staff member who I have dealt with?  I can see complaints but compliments.

• A lady called Beverly has been helping me resolve issues with a recent order and her customer service has been exceptional and I wanted to let EE know that she is doing an outstanding job.
