Hello @Kad ,
Welcome to the community,
We would need more information to help you, as it depends where you are etc.
Have you clicked on Network Status Checker at the bottom of this page to see whether there is a problem where you are and can also receive updates when you decide to do so, as not everyone will have a problem, none where I am. Although not sure if that will work with broadband.

@Schockwave : The Network Status Checker is only applicable for the mobile network.

@Kad , this is a public forum, and the best way to find out how long 4G wifi is going to be out of action, is to contact EE customer service and find out. Just wondering, do you have a mobile phone and is that working?
@XRaySpeX , I would have thought if this person is using 4G wifi, it would be using the same as a mobile network, so would be able to see if there is a problem in the area.

@Kad : Have you checked EE network status checker for any problems there & logged yours?

That's right, @Schockwave . I was answering:
- Your uncertainty as to whether it worked for Home BB.
- Before the OP replied that he was using a MBB router.
- Some Home BB users post here under the mistaken impression that WiFi = BB.
