How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Hiya, I ordered the apple watch se on Sunday and was asked to phone EE to confirm the order. I phoned on Monday and he said the watch I wanted wasn’t in stock which is why I had to wait but when i’ve checked it has been in stock. My order seems to still be on awaiting confirmation, can I get some advice please?

Hiya,

 

I ordered the SE 40mm gold case and pink sand band - it was a good as new model. 🙂
