Hi... My order should be with me today between 12:24- 13:24 while i was waiting my parcel i received another message from dpd that my parcel is gonna be delivered by another driver and different time 14:21 - 15:21. I was surprised to receive a third message at 15:05 that i missed my delivery. Nobody knock on the door or ring the door bell. I checked the delivery option and i saw a picture that the driver has taken with my door 🤔. He just took the picture and go. Is not fair because i was home specially for this delivery.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

DPD delivered my phone to me yesterday,
During the day, I had at least 4 messages to me via the DPD app, that the package was on it way to me and its whereabouts at the time. I was no 16 on his list when he was 10 stops away from me. This included a later warning that he was one stop away.
DPD knocked on the door, with the package on the ground by front of the door, with him waiting approx 2 meters away . On opening the door he confirmed my name and photographed the package, to confirm delivery.
A little while later I had a confirmation of delivery by DPD with the attached photo.
One bad apple is all it takes for a good system to appear to fail. If you din't have the DPD app then the experience may be different. In the case here contact DPD in writing, with all your details, I'm sure they would like to know.

Hi @Petru15
There is no reason for him to not have knocked or used your door bell. It is more hassle having to take your package back to then try and deliver it again the next day.
You cannot have heard them call.
Thanks

I don't know what to say.. I had the same issue with royal mail... They just pop inside the mail box the paper with " sorry you weren't home" and go. Once i was there and i just open the door in front of him. Tommorow i will stay near door in that delivery slot time. If it happens again is clearly that he did it from purpose. Thank you

It's true to say that some delivery firms certainly have form for "delivering" goods over fences and suchlike, but it's worth remembering that the act of filling out a "while you were out" or "we tried to deliver" card often takes just as long (often longer) as an actual delivery does. This is especially true of Royal Mail, who would far rather complete a delivery than return it.

You should contact DPD as they are the delivery firm.
EE doesn't control the delivery staff.

Yes, EE doesn't control the delivery staff but they are responsible for ensuring goods ordered from them are delivered to you whoever they choose as sub-contractors & that responsibility extends right up to when the goods are actually delivered at your registered address.
