I upgraded my iPhone to a 7 Friday last week but still no phone..... present times considered, how do I speak to someone reference seeing where my order is ?

Just remember folks to record the calls your self to ensure when you take out a contract over the phone, no matter how long later these terms agreed over the phone are part of your contract, we will refer to them and will go back and listen when they think your at fault, how ever in my case there is no recording so I'm now wrong hmmm so I'm at fault for ee breaching my contract and because they did not store the recording as it over 3 month hmmm that's my contract, if it was a paper signed one would ee tip that in the bin??? No its disgusting
