Missing order

Hi

i ordered a iphone 11 on Saturday. As far as I can see the £50 was paid and I have not received anything as yet. 
I also ordered an Apple Watch today and have not received a email although on both occasions they said the items had been ordered

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

I just looked at my spam as suggested on another post. I have found the confirmation but just tried tracking delivery and it won’t let me 

but should have been delivered on the 17th

If you're unable to track your order using our online order tracker, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can access your account and give you an update.
