Cant add to plan

Whenever I try and go to the add to plan page, it tells me i have to be within the first 17 month of my contract despite being in month 5. Anyone else have this issue?

I’ve tried to add AirPods to my plan and I doesn’t do anything just tell me to log in after I already have. Then I do it again and still nothing, I was only Sent a message saying I can do it just under a week ago.

I don't even get to the items page. All I get is the error message saying I have to be in the first 17 months of my contract (which I am.)

I'm having the same problems since yesterday. I choose the product I want which is the Xbox One S (all digital) whilst I'm logged in, then it say's you have to log in, which I do again which then takes me to the beginning of choosing a device again. This then keeps happening over and over again,
