Hi. I placed an order 14th May 2020 for an iPad pro over the telephone and was informed it would be despatched next day. However when I log in to track the order it says it's not yet despatched, I'm assuming it's out of stock but I was reassured by EE staff that they will aim to have the order despatched within 7 days. Theres no updates or no communication in regards to what's happening. It's an expensive item which has been purchased as a birthday gift, it's on contract too so I would find it beneficial if there was a more clearer method of communication. I've also read on the forum that many others are having similar problems, so I'm quite worried now. Can someone please help? If they've been in a similar situation. Thanks.

If the tracker isn't giving you any new information, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your account and give you an update.
