What happens next when adding a add on to account

Hello 

I placed a order to add a ipad to my account. Got email say order conformation but when try tracking doesn't show. how long does it take to get conformation and delivery date

Hi @Hepton86 

 

It depends on the stock and availability. If you've just ordered then check in 24 hours. If EE order tracking still doesn't work then you'll need to check with EE CS on 150.
