How do i know if my order hasnt been accepted

Hi I placed an order at 22.40 last night for a second line. Their was a 10 upfront which I paid and is currently showing in my pending . I got a confirmation code at the end of the processed but not a email or any other information. I tried to use the code to check but its saying it's not valid. Am not sure if I've made a mistake or I've not been accepted for the second line. Thanks

It's great to hear you're getting a second line, and it sounds like it has gone through if the payment is pending.

 

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check the current status of your order.

I placed my order 2 days ago I had the confirmation email but nothing since and there’s no mention of it when I log into EE wondering if something went wrong

It was the iPhone SE

Which colour and size iPhone SE have you ordered?

 

Did the device show in stock when you placed the order?

I’m unsure on the size but it said in stock when I place and the one I ordered for my partner is due delivery this morning, I have the order number if that helps

Sorry, we have no account access on the community to check the order for you, can you track this using our online order tracker?

 

As soon as the iPhone has been dispatched you will get another email from us to let you know and you will receive a text from DPD, this will be the day before your delivery.
