Hi there - I organised an upgrade yeterday on the online chat & was told that the phone would be delivered today, so re arranged my working day to accomodate this. Just recieved a text from EE to say there is a delay - no further information. Is there a tracking or order number that I can use to get a bit more information? Live chat is always very cheerful and seemingly helpful, but now I'm stuck without my new phone and minus 1 day of holiday from work... A bit more information and some certainty on when my phone will be delivered would be great, considering how much money I'm spending. Thanks EE.

Thanks Leanne - no I haven't recieved an email or a text with any more information. I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S9. I literally have no reference information other than a text from Jodie at EE to say that there has been a delay with the dispatch of my phone. I was just told that I would geta text from DPD to organise a 1 hour delivery slot and was told that it would happen today, but nothing as yet...
