When will my phone arrive?

I ordered my phone yesterday and i have had my confirmation email. I wanted to track my order but i don’t have a tracking number... my phone is meant to come today but i don’t know when. How do i find out?

Early Upgrade confirmation

I recently early upgraded over the phone, my bank account has been charged but I have had no confirmation e-mail or text. Also on my EE account at still has all my old details. Is there a wait time before things are clear? Please help.
