Home router and sky on demand

Giangi72

After many years with terrible fibre broadband speeds of up to 25mbps and constant drop outs, I bought 4g router today with speeds on 30mbps download and 3mbps upload. But both my sky boxes connected via a Vlan via Ethernet no longer allow on demand to work. My TVs have Netflix inbuilt and this works fine. It shows internet present but says router fail. What can I do?

What do you mean by a VLan?

Sorry probably used wrong term. My sky box as before are connected to internet through a home signal sent through the electricity line using DLan technology. It worked before when using a sky router but due to intermittent broadband the input now is 4g router instead and sky taken out of equation
