When I swipe up my phone will not bring up my keypad... I can’t get onto live chat?? I obviously can’t phone EE as I have no access to my phone please help!  Need my phone for my business!

Are you using another phone or a desktop to access the community?

Are you able to force close the app in question (phone dialer)? Or closing down additional apps? Has restarting the phone helped at all?
