Good evening I wanted to make a subscription to a phone I paid upfront and after it gave error and took me money from the card I want to cancel

What was the transaction for? Was it a payment for a phone or a pay as you go top up?

Was a duplicate payment taken?

 

I would recommend speaking to our customer care team on 150 who can look into this further for you.
