@Loz0901   Sorry no one he will know your tracking number as this is a public forum, you will receive a tracking number via email/text when the device has been allocated to you.  You could try calling customer services to see if they can help you

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
