Ordered new phone upgrade on Saturday morning, received confirmation email haven't heard anything since. Tried tracking as advised but says no service avaliable?

@KayEvans You ordered Saturday it’s only Monday 8:20am. You get tracking information when a device has been allocated to you, if your that desperate to get it then why didn’t you go to a store as you would’ve got it Saturday providing one was in stock

Some of us work at weekends and are not able to get in to a store so your comment is neither appropriate or helpful in any way.
Issue now solved as i rang customer services this morning and my phone is on the way.

@KayEvans And this is a public forum that has not access to your account to see who you are or what you ordered. And how do I know that you work at the weekend you never said anything of the sort.
