I ordered a pay as you go SIM card 6 days ago. I paid online & received confirmation email but haven’t heard anything since??
I don’t have a working phone to call customer services....

Welcome to the community.
The SIM cards are sent through Royal Mail and usually arrive within 4 working days so you should have had it by now.
It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to double check the order.
