Number transfer to EE from Vodafone

I submitted the online form to request my number to be switched to my new contract with EE from Vodafone.

I have not received the confirmation email. How do I know if the request is being processed?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you call customer services on 150 they will be able to check the status of your port in request.
