Have to keep resetting my modem

I am having to reset my modem every other day. How do I get a new one. This one is several years old.

You could give customer services a call in the morning.

You could phone CS to request a replacement router but it probably won't solve anything as it's most likely an issue with your line. You've taken no steps to identify the cause.
