Neither of the delivery charges have been billed either. Should I presume the online service hasn't worked and just go in store?

Hi @MasterBrown.
You probably should have received the SIM by now. If you're able to pop into a store, they should be able to give you a replacement SIM there and then, and also check what's happened to the other ones you ordered.
