I ordered an upgrade of my phone yesterday from the huawei mate 20 lite to Samsung S20. I got an email confirming the order but I'm unable to track it and no money has been taken out.

You won't be able to track your order until it has been dispatched.
DPD will send you a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
