Google Play issue

I can no longer access Google play store as a error message appears advising there is a problem communicating with the google servers. Does anyone know this can be fixed? Thanks

Hi @Morris1979
Go into settings - Apps/applications and then find Google play services and store. Then clear the cache/data.
Also make sure you haven't logged out of your Google account.
