Hi,
I moved to EE about 30mins ago (old number transferred from another network) but now I need a PAC from EE to move it back to the same network (new contract - as apparently you cannot move to same provider under different contracts...).
I have requested PAC from EE but it keeps coming up with an error.
Any ideas?
Do I need to wait?
TIA
V

@Vixxx : You'll need to wait for the no. to port into EE before you can port out. It could take 24 hours.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@Vixxx Is your new EE sim working ? Can you make a call/text use data ? Until you can do this then your number hasn’t ported yet.

When I txt PAC to 65075 it does nothing?

@Vixxx you won't be able to get a PAC code until tomorrow.
