My order for new iphone11

Received confirmation of order saying it is in stock would be despatched within one day.  This was on the 15th June (now the 23rd). No way of tracking it... just says it can’t track it!!  What is going on?

I've checked our stock levels and that phone is definitely in stock.

 

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check the order.
